Lowe’s, a leading global home improvement retailer with around 300,000 employees and over 1,700 locations, prioritizes employee benefits and aims for high enrollment while educating on the many benefits available.

 

For over 15 years, we have designed and delivered benefits enrollment campaigns on budget and on time.

We create fresh concepts for a well-acquainted audience including direct mailings to employees homes, Action Packs with an array of materials sent to stores and distribution centers, range of digital components, and bilingual communications for Spanish speakers.

Benefits Guide

The guide is a workhorse which communicates important details about enrollment and benefits changes to both full-time and part-time employees — in English and Spanish. Our goal is to make this booklet both good looking and easy to use.
